ตรวจสอบภาพจากกล้องวงจรปิด ซึ่งเป็นหลักฐานสำคัญ พบว่าขณะคนร้ายกำลังขับรถมอเตอร์ไซค์เข้าไปในปั๊มขณะที่ผู้ตายนั่งที่โต๊ะเงินสด คนร้ายใช้อาวุธปืนยิงปืนหลายนัดใส่หน้าเหยื่อ โดยที่ผู้ตายไม่ระวังจนผู้ตายล้มลงกับพื้น มือปืนผู้โหดเหี้ยมยิงซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่าอย่างเลือดเย็น ก่อนที่คนร้ายจะขับรถ มอเตอร์ไซค์หนีในความมืด
