The 24-year-old midfielder has been consistently linked with a move to Premier League sides, with the Red Devils reportedly keen to bring the homegrown midfielder back to Old Trafford.

However, the competition is certainly not easy, and the English media sees that the Spurs are serious about acquiring Gomes, making the Red Devils and the Magpies’ jobs more difficult than before.
