Doomai Victor Osimhen is set to return to training for Napoli on Wednesday.

The 25-year-old striker traveled to help Nigeria in the Africa Cup of Nations, but was heartbroken as they finished runner-up after losing to Ivory Coast in the final.  Doomai

Osimhen has now completed his return trip to Italy, with a report from Gazzetta dello Sport revealing that the Napoli star is set to begin full training on Wednesday. ( Doomai )

Osimhen played in 18 games in the 2023/24 season, scoring 8 goals and providing 3 assists. 

Napoli’s next game will be at home to face Genoa this Saturday, followed by a clash with Barcelona in the Champions League and a trip to Cagliari. 

It is expected that if Osimhen passes the training without any problems. The club’s medical team is ready to allow the players to return to the field for the next match immediately. And we have to wait and see if Walter Mazzarri will be sent to play as a starter or not.
