( moodeng )A 20-year-old football fan has been arrested and charged with assaulting Manchester City midfielder Jack Grealish after Sunday’s Manchester derby. moodeng

    The Daily Mail reports that Grealish, 29, was slapped in the face as he walked off the Old Trafford pitch after a goalless derby.

    Greater Manchester Police said in a statement on Monday that Alfie Holt, of Haven Drive, Droylsden, will appear in Manchester Magistrates’ Court on July 14.

    “The charge relates to an incident which took place at Old Trafford yesterday,” the police added.

    Both United and City declined to comment when contacted by BBC Sport.
