“What Ange (Postecoglou) likes is speed. He loves speed,” Merson said.

“I used to berate him a little bit at Chelsea but the main thing is he’s lightning fast. And he seems to like the speed that Spurs have with Brennan Johnson. If he can get the right runs in the big stadium at Tottenham, he could wreak havoc.”

“But he was a lot ahead of the game at Chelsea and that’s how fast he is.”
