wilson88 The French professional football league, or LFP, is trying to mediate a way out for Mbappe and Paris Saint-Germain, with the latter still owing a huge salary to the 25-year-old forward. ( wilson88 ) 

According to the AP, the LFP tried to get both parties to mediate, but the French forward refused and wanted PSG to pay the full €55 million.

However, the Ligue 1 champions refused to comply with the demands, claiming that Mbappe had refused to accept the money as part of a previous agreement because the 25-year-old forward was a free agent.

Both sides have made excuses to support their demands, with PSG ready for mediation to take place, while Mbappe does not want that to happen.

The LFP tried to help as requested by Mbappe, but the mediation clause was not an option for the player, so he may have to go to court if the 25-year-old striker has to receive the full amount.
