The Daily Record Sport report that the Hammers and Saints may have to make extra efforts to convince him as Scottish Premiership giants Celtic are also eyeing him.

The two English clubs are confident in reports from scouts who have been following the Williams twins for some time and have seen their progression at U18 level, only waiting to be promoted to the senior team and try their hand at the Scottish Championship.
