“I think when we step back from there, Then analyze what happened. It’s clear that part of it is because Baker Mayfield, the former Raiders’ Wizard, is on TV. 

Jackson went on screen to criticize his former subordinate for not being the team’s ideal quarterback.

“I think the organization wants to do whatever it takes to put that guy on the field. … When you take the first quarterback in the draft – the guy you think is going to be the leader of the franchise, , the person that everyone believes will create change But that guy didn’t play as well as hoped.” 

“Personally, I think the Browns play conservative football. (Emphasis on tough defense – ground attack) is ok, nothing wrong with the style. But it raises the question to me, how should I deal with Baker?”  

“I came to think of it when I saw that guy actually competing. Plus he was given orders to do whatever he wanted. Raise him to be successful But his approach is different from the franchise. Now we have to look back at when we received the first draft rights. Why did you choose this style?” 

The 23-year-old is considered to be small but agile and good at running to survive. But the pitching is not diverse, with the past 2018 draft night being evaluated as the No. 3 choice after Sam Darnold or Josh Allen, players in the same position. which looks more in line with the Browns’ offensive style.
