The Red Devils have previously made several offers to Lecce for the 20-year-old full-back, but have had them rejected. The Serie A side are reportedly demanding a fee of €40m, which United have tried to negotiate down as they believe is too high, with the player himself keen on a move to Old Trafford. foryou1688

Romano has now confirmed that the two clubs have reached an agreement for €30m plus €5m in add-ons, with the player signing a long-term contract.
