Gianluigi Longari of Sportitalia reports that Abraham is attracting interest from a number of clubs, including Everton, who have now opened talks with Roma and are understood to be interested in a move this summer. ( wilson88  )

Abraham is out of the question with Roma, who planned to sell him last summer, but things went sideways when the 26-year-old suffered a serious injury before the end of the season, keeping him out for the 2023-24 campaign. And now, the Giallorossi’s plans remain the same, as he is not in the mind of coach Daniele De Rossi, who is set to bring in Artem Dovbyk as his new striker.

Everton are therefore keen to bring Abraham back to the Premier League and are aware of Roma’s demands, which are set at €30m, recouping the €40m they paid Chelsea in 2021, despite the English striker having just two years left on his current deal.

Abraham had a fine spell at Chelsea, scoring 18 goals in 47 games in 2019-20 and 12 in 32 in 2020-21, before moving to Roma and scoring 27 goals in 53 games in his first season, but his form dipped the following season and was plagued by serious injuries.
