Emerson has arrived in Milan, Italy, to undergo a medical with AC Milan after completing a €15m move to Tottenham Hotspur, with a further €2m in add-ons. ( wilson88 )

Negotiations between Milan and Spurs have been dragging on, although Emerson had agreed a four-year deal with the Rossoneri, with the option of a fifth year worth €3m a year.

The 25-year-old right-back, who has made 10 appearances for Brazil, arrived at Milan’s Linate airport on Sunday evening and underwent a medical at La Madonnina clinic the following day.

If the medical passes without any problems, Emerson will sign with Milan and become the third new player to join the first team after Serbian national team center-back Strahinja Pavlovic who moved from Red Bull Salzburg for 18 million euros and Spanish national team striker Alvaro Morata from Atletico Madrid for 13 million euros.
