The Italy international has been training separately throughout his summer at Juventus and was therefore not available for the 3-0 win at Manchester United before the international break in September.

His wife Lucia Bramani, who also moved to England, is also adjusting, just like her husband.

In her latest Instagram story, Lucia shared a photo of the Italian winger standing smiling in an empty Anfield stadium. The story included the Liverpool club anthem and the caption: “Happy to be a Scouser.”

While Manchester United fans used the term as a joke ahead of Sunday’s clash at Old Trafford, Liverpool fans are proud of the term ‘Scouser’ and Chiesa’s wife has shown she is learning the ropes.

Due to fitness issues and an agreement with Luciano Spalletti, Chiesa will not be in the Italy squad for the matches against France and Israel.
