L’Equipe says PSG’s football consultant is in talks with the club over extending his current deal, which expires at the end of the season. 

Despite ongoing discussions between the two parties, L’Equipe believes there is currently no guarantee or confirmation that Campos will agree to a new contract extension to continue working at the Parc des Princes.

The incident comes after weeks of negotiations, but so far there has been no progress or sign of an agreement from either side.

The French media outlet went on to reveal that Campos’s condition is that he wants an assistant to help him with his work, which PSG has not yet responded to because the club is hesitant to hire additional personnel.

The case has implications for Campos’ future at PSG, as well as Luis Enrique’s, although it was previously reported that the Spanish coach had agreed a contract extension until mid-2027, although there has been no confirmation from the club.( wilson88 )
