    Mikel Arteta’s side have been inconsistent in form, losing 0-1 to Inter Milan in the Champions League last time out and are winless in their last three league games.

    While the team lost 0-2 to Bournemouth and 0-1 to Newcastle in their last two away league games, if they lose at Stamford Bridge and fail to score, it will be the first time in 30 years that the team has lost three consecutive away games and failed to score.

    The last time this happened was in the final game of the 1993/94 season, when they lost 0-2 to Newcastle, followed by the start of the 1994/95 season, when they lost 0-1 to Leeds United and 0-2 to Liverpool. ( pgzen )
