Bagley III, 24, averaged 10.2 points and 4.5 rebounds in 26 games for the Pistons. The second overall pick in the 2018 class is entering the final year of a three-year deal. Total $37.5 million effective from 2022-23 

That means Marvin still has another $12.5 million left on his contract next season. But the other three are in the final year of their contracts, 2023-24.  

Muscala, 32, averages 4 points, Gallinari, 35, averages 7 points per game. 

The trade would give Detroit a salary cap of more than $64 million, which would be attractive for recruiting All-Star players.
