    Romelu Lukaku scored the only goal of the game as the Naples giants secured all three points despite losing his first game in charge, but Ranieri remains positive despite the room for improvement.

    “If we look back, we had problems and that’s why I was called up. We were facing a team that was fighting for the Scudetto,” Ranieri told Sky Sport Italia.

    “With all that said, I’m happy with the performance of the players. We made some mistakes, which we’ll talk about this week, but the hunger, the determination to get back on track is still there. We’ve got a lot of work to do, but I feel good.”

    For their next game, Roma have a tough Europa League trip to Spurs, followed by a home game against Atalanta in Serie A next Sunday. ( wilson88 )
