Harbaugh has been the head coach in Baltimore since 2018, posting a 137-88 regular season and 11-8 postseason record before the Ravens locked the 59-year-old into a new three-year deal through 2025, but the Ravens are in no rush to finalize a new deal with Jackson.

“Unless he changes his mind and calls (Ravens general manager) Eric (DeCosta) and says I’m ready,” Ravens owner Steve Bissotti told The Athletic’s Jeff Serbiak. “But it’s like Eric calls him and says, ‘Hey, Lamar, you really need to come in here and get this done. ‘

Jackson is waiting to finalize a deal after the Green Bay Packers gave Aaron Rodgers an average annual contract worth $50 million through 2026, while the Cleveland Browns gave Deshaun Watson a fully guaranteed $230 million on a five-year deal after trading him from the Houston Texans.
