Johnny Cardozo, a 23-year-old midfielder, has insisted he is happy at Real Betis and intends to play for many years amid links with Tottenham Hotspur, according to ‘El Chiringuito’ on Friday.

Cardozo has impressed for Real Betis since joining from Internacional in January 2024, with Tottenham Hotspur reportedly having a clause in the deal to sign the 23-year-old midfielder that was previously in place when Giovani Lo Celso joined Betis. 

However, Cardoso has confirmed to the media that he is happy playing for Real Betis and intends to play for the Betis for many years to come, with the hope of leading the club to a Champions League spot next season.
