Kodma168 Will Howard is so confident in his abilities that he claims any team that overlooks him will regret it later.
Ohio State quarterback Will Howard believes any team that passes him by will regret it after leading the Buckeyes to a national championship in the college football playoffs and has similar ambitions for success in the NFL, NFL Network reports. Kodma168
“I felt like my whole career I was overlooked,” Howard said. “I didn’t get an offer from Pitt, I didn’t get an offer from Syracuse, I didn’t get an offer from Boston College, Penn State, Duke, Carolina. No school offered me a contract. I tried for years and years, and I went to Kansas State and said, ‘I want to prove these guys wrong. ‘ I hope Penn State looks back and says, ‘Shit, we missed out on Will Howard. ‘”
Howard starred for Kansas State from 2020-23 before transferring to Ohio State in 2024. “You know, when I get to the NFL, I don’t want you guys to miss out on me. Because every team that takes a quarterback before me, I make it my mission to make sure they regret not taking me.”
‘Draft me, draft me or you’ll regret it’
According to NFL pundits, Howard is likely to be a mid-round pick in the draft later this month, and the 23-year-old quarterback has yet to prove that his claim is true. ( Kodma168 )
