The Bills’ plan is to send the 2018 draft picks Nos. 12 (first round), 22 (first round) and 53 (second round) to the Giants in exchange for the No. 2 (first round) draft pick in order to acquire promising young quarterback Josh Allen.
This is a cut in front of the AFC East rivals, the New York Jets, who had previously traded rights to the Indianapolis Colts to move up from No. 6 to No. 3.
