The move to the Gunners will see Sterling link up with Mikel Arteta again, having previously worked together at Manchester City when Arteta was Pep Guardiola’s assistant.

Sterling is now at Arsenal’s training ground to undergo a medical, with the Gunners working to complete the paperwork in time to make an official announcement.
