The 29-year-old star who appeared to be deployed as a midfielder, touched the ball 77 times, passed the ball to his teammates 98% of the time, the most in the game. In addition to his running to press and find space for his teammates to easily pass, KDB believes that without Grealish’s performance, he would not have been able to celebrate easily.

“Jack is very good at controlling the tempo of the game, in terms of slow and fast play, in terms of possession,” he told the official website. 

“It would be difficult to produce the results we have today without him. He also has some great through balls. He is a quality player.”
