Brobby’s agent denies Ajax move to Forest thaisiambet

The ‘Foresters’ are looking for a striker to help Chris Wood because the New Zealander has a history of continuous injuries that make it difficult to sustain throughout the season. Before that, they approached Eddie Nketiah from Arsenal but it fell through. 

The latest hope is to bring the 22-year-old Dutchman from Ajax to join head coach Nuno Espirito Santo at the City Ground, but it looks like it will be a flop as the player’s agent is not considering playing for the bottom-of-the-table Premier League side. 

“Leaving Ajax is a good step forward,” he told the Netherlands Telegraph.

The Brobbey case is over, however, with Ajax having initially planned to pursue Weghorst from ‘The Clarets’. The two clubs are now close to agreeing a transfer fee, likely before the deadline. 

In terms of the terms of the 32- year-old ‘s contract ,  Ajax will offer him a contract until June 2026 . ( thaisiambet )
