In the 14th minute, Chelsea almost took the lead when a corner kick was opened in. Noni Madueke fought with Wesley Fofana for the ball, which bounced off the post and into the path of Levi Colwill, who had a difficult follow-up, but the ball went wide.

In the 24th minute, it was a scary counter-attack opportunity for Man Utd. Rasmus Hojlund crossed from the left wing to Alejandro Garnacho who took it and turned it around with his left foot, but the ball went straight to Robert Sanchez.

In the first half injury time, 45+2 minutes, the Red Devils had a golden opportunity. Bruno Fernandes crossed from the left to the far post for Marcus Rashford to slip in and shoot without catching the ball. The ball hit the crossbar and bounced out, which was a pity.

End of the first half, Manchester United still draw with Chelsea 0-0.

In the second half, in the 55th minute, Chelsea had a chance when Cole Palmer passed the ball across the field to the left for Pedro Neto, who challenged Dalot and then shot with his left foot. The ball went just wide of the far post.

In the 70th minute, Manchester United took the lead 1-0 from a penalty kick when Robert Sanchez caught Rasmus Hojlund’s foot and Bruno Fernandes took the penalty and scored.

However, in the 74th minute, Chelsea quickly equalized 1-1 from a left corner kick. Palmer crossed in, Casemiro headed the ball out to Moises Caicedo, who volleyed it straight from the 18-yard line, hitting the post and into the goal.

Manchester United almost got the winning goal as well. The ball reached Garnacho who turned and volleyed with his right foot in the left side of the penalty area but the ball went just over the bar.

The game ended with Manchester United drawing with Chelsea 1-1, with each team sharing a point.
