Arab News Sports reports that Al-Sahafiya is attracting interest from La Liga duo Real Betis and Real Sociedad after impressing with Beerschot, who is on loan from Saudi Arabian Professional League side Al-Ittihad for the 2024-25 season.

Al-Sahafī has scored four goals in six appearances in Belgium’s top flight, an impressive display for the 20-year-old winger, who could see a permanent move to another European club after attracting interest from two La Liga sides.

Real Betis hold a slight advantage as the club’s former sporting director Ramon Planes currently holds the same position at Al Ittihad, so negotiations should go smoothly.
