Barnes likely to miss several weeks against Raptors with ankle sprain Vox888 

Vox888 ESPN reports that the former Rookie of the Year is scheduled to be evaluated in a week after suffering an injury in Monday’s game against the New York Knicks. Vox888 

The 23-year-old sprained his right ankle after landing on the floor and scraping the foot of Knicks’ Karl-Anthony Towns, and he managed to stay on the court for a while before hobbling into the locker room. 

Which later reached the point of having to wear impact-resistant boots and a walking stick. 

It was considered the second serious injury of the season after the previous one, which was missing for 3 weeks in November due to a fractured eye socket, causing the team to have a mediocre 2-9 record.  Vox888
